Launching a Major League Soccer Team In Atlanta!
The launch of a new professional sports franchise is something very few people get the chance to be a part of and the weeks leading up to the event I had the privilege of leading our team througach the development of the creative for the launch and the marketing and sales efforts that would follow post-launch.
On April 16, 2014, Falcons' Owner & Chairman Arthur Blank announced that the 22nd Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise will be in Atlanta, ushering in a new era in professional sports in the city.
Our team was tasked with developing the new unnamed team's identity and build a design language that would be implemented throughout dozens of different mediums including environmental graphics, giveaway/promotion scarves and soccer balls, VIP keepsakes and invitations, social graphics and the team website.
Im looking forward to continuing to lead our in-house team through the development of this brand as we approach the inaugural season in 2017.
